I’m happy you’re here.

I’m Adriana, a Cuban-American Copywriter

If we’ve never met, then let this be my official hello and welcome to you!

I’m so happy you’ve come to my little corner of the internet where I can showcase all of my past work and talk a bit about myself and who I am. So, you’re probably thinking: who the heck are you, and why are you worth my time?!

I’m sure you’re very busy, so here’s a quick FAQ section with questions that nobody asked! ;)

Where are you from?

I’m from the beautiful sunshine state of Florida! It’s scorching hot all year long but somehow I still love it here. Maybe it’s the people? Maybe it’s the beaches? Maybe it’s hallucinations from the heat? Beats me!

What are your hobbies?

My favorite thing in the world is traveling. Basic answer, I know. But, there’s truly nothing like it. My partner and I love backpacking to different countries together and fully immersing ourselves into different cultures. I feel that these experiences have not only influenced who I am but I believe that they’ve become a part of my work too.

So far, I’ve traveled to 15 countries, and I’m hoping to add many more!

What’s your favorite movie?

I wish that I can be sophisticated with my movie choice and say something elevated like Breakfast at Tiffany’s or Casablanca. But, if we’re being 100% honest, my favorite movie is and always will be Grown Ups. I can watch this movie a million times and never get bored. Adam Sandler is the best.

Why’d you get into advertising?

As a kid I loved putting on dance recitals for my family, and often found myself with a small audience. I desperately wanted to get the word out about my show to all five of my family members - so, advertising posters showing very abstract illustrations of myself and my very first copy “Come Watch Me Tonight - Or I’ll Never Speak to You Again” were born. Though I’d probably steer clear of threats in my current work, it served its purpose - everyone was present in my shows from then on! The feeling of creating fun and interesting headlines for my recitals was only the beginning of a long road of falling in love with copywriting that ultimately led to my studies at Boston University. That same passion I felt as a child creating my recital posters is equally translated into my excitement today in creating copy for national brands.

How can I get in contact with you?

Easy! You can email me at adryrodri41@gmail.com. Whoever you are, I’d love to chat!
